We are a group of 10 divers. registration before August 15 – 350$
Your registration is valid once the registration form is received. After payment, you will be directed to the final registration form. If you are not already part of a group, you will be assigned one based on diving type (free-divers/divers), diving level and comfort in cold water.
In the registration form, you can specify the name of your registered friends with whom you want to dive.
Once registered, please complete the form and return it to us by Email. Thank you for also attaching a picture of yourself diving so we can post it on the heroines of the day wall.

Your registration DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Transportation (please carpool)

- Quebec qualification certificate *
* Participants must have a Quebec diving Certificate valid at the time of the event in order to participate. To obtain or renew your certificate, visit the Quebec Federation of Underwater Activities website.
Divers from outside Quebec with cold water diving experience (10 dives in the last 3 years) will have the opportunity to obtain a temporary certificate valid for one month upon presentation of their log book or dive computer. A $5 fee will apply for the temporary certificate.

08:00 Participant arrival
Upon arrival, we will guide you to the parking lot (carpool minimum 2 people per car). You will then get your t-shirt and your diver number button. You will receive confirmation of your diving group number to which you are assigned.
08:00 to 09:00 Obtaining temporary cold water diving certificate from a FQAS representative (logbook required).
10:00 divers…on your marks
Final diving preparation. Head to 1 of 2 water entry points. Already prepared BCDs will be deposited, by the diver, at the rally point number of their group near the launch points. All other equipment will be with you until you get into the water.
10:30 Start of the dive by diving group. Listen attentively for your number.
11:00 Simultaneous immersion and setting of the world record (the record will be approved by the diving almanac).
11:15 End of the world record dive and start of divers exiting the water.
12:30 Everyone should be out of the water.
13:30 Picture of the “record setting women” with their t-shirt.
14:00 Start of the entertainment and activities on site. Those who want to do a second dive can do so outside of the event organization. A surface supervisor will still be on duty.
15:00 Prize draw
Communal BBQ…Thank you for planning your lunch and water.
